We are in Marina Centro, the most central area of Rimini by the sea. In a quiet location near the sea and the historic center.
All our guests can use the free parking space upon request.

All apartments have a kitchenette with crockery, stove, microwave oven, kettle and fridge with freezer section.
All our apartments have air conditioning included in the price, both in the bedroom and in the living room.
At your disposal for free you will have the use of bicycles for small excursions or for a ride in the historic center
Every 3/4 days you can take advantage of the free cleaning of the apartment with the change of towels (also on Saturday for stays of two or more weeks)

You can have breakfast at the Maracuja pastry shop with which we have an agreement. It is only 40 meters away and you can enjoy many sweets of all kinds.
For lunch and dinner, a stone's throw from the Residence, you can choose from the restaurants with which we have agreements, among others: Bounty, Rossopomodoro, Sabbioni and Amerigo.
