All our guests can use the free parking space.


In all our apartments and in the entire structure there is a high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection.


All apartments have a kitchenette with crockery, stove, microwave oven and refrigerator with freezer.
 
All our apartments have air conditioning included in the price, both in the bedroom and in the living room.


At your disposal for free you will have the use of bicycles for small excursions or for a ride in the historic center


Once a week you can enjoy free cleaning of the apartment with also the change of towels.


Our apartments have a balcony both in the bedroom and in the living room.


At 100 meters from the Residence you will find a well-stocked conad supermarket.


Our four-legged friends are welcome.


You can have breakfast at the Maracuja pastry shop with which we have an agreement. It is located only 40 meters away and you can enjoy many sweets of all kinds.


For lunch and dinner a stone's throw from the Residence you can choose from the restaurants with which we have agreements, among others: Bounty, Rossopomodoro, Sabbioni and Amerigo.
